1. Insurance: Our Public Liability Insurance covers the overall operation of the Market.

2. Stall Location: Booking of space and positioning of stall holders are the responsibility of the Market Manager. Stall Size: We provide a 3 x 3 metre space. Stall holders must supply their own table, chairs and any other equipment. Cost is 10% of all sales. Larger sites can be negotiated. The display of goods and operation shall be confined to this space and must not encroach on other Stall Holders. Payment: will be made to the Market Manager at the end of the Market. 3. Dogs: Only Customers are allowed to have a dog and the dog must be on a leash at all times. Stall holders must not bring any animals.

4. Stall Safety: Stall holders must ensure all their display equipment, tents, tables are securely fixed in case of winds.

5. Stall Appearance: All stall holders are requested to maintain their stall in a clean and tidy manner and must take home all unsold items, boxes, paper and wrappings.

6. Stall set up and close and clean up: Stall holders must be set up and vehicles removed to the western end of the car park by 4:30pm. Stall holders are expected to remain until close of the Market at 9pm. Please ensure you do not leave any refuse behind.

7. Market Cancellation or Early Finish: Both of these will be decided and advised only by the Market Manager. Cancellation of the market will only occur under extreme circumstances and is at the discretion of the Market Manager. Stall Holders are not permitted to pack up early under any circumstances, other than with permission of the Market Manager. This is to make the market as successful as possible for every stall holder.

8. Items that must not be sold under any circumstances – Animals, Fish or reptiles, ANY COUNTERFEIT or COPIED or STOLEN or illegal goods, tobacco, firearms, explosives, poisons or pornography, second hand goods, electrical goods cannot be sold. Stall holders are responsible for complying with laws and regulations relating to goods for sale.

9. The Market Management shall not be liable for any person using these premises for personal injury or loss of stock or damage whatsoever arising whether by negligence or otherwise incurred or suffered by that person.

10. Please refer any complaints to Trish, Market Manager, on 0405 506 116. Do not approach other stall holders in a negative manner. We wish for the Market to be a friendly and happy place.

11. The Market Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Market to any person with his/her goods and chattels without giving any reason. This decision is final and binding. Stall holders are responsible for complying with all laws, rules and regulations at the Market.
