Registration: This form must be completed in its entirety and submitted no later than before the camp’s start date. Camps are limited in size; therefore, registration applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Once the day of the event meets capacity, registration will be closed, and the date will be removed from the Challenger Summer Camp form. Payment of $75 per student is required on the first day of camp; cash or card will be accepted as payment when registering. Registration is complete on receipt of full payment.

Cancellations: Request for cancellation must be prior to the camp session start date and received in writing through email to Challenger.waco@tstc.edu.

Camp Viability: In the event of inclement weather or an event that prevents Challenger from offering camp in a safe setting, we will cancel that session. Should this occur, we will contact each registrant.

Lunch and Snacks: Students will be provided with a snack, lunch, and a beverage. Students may bring their own snack and lunch. They will only be allowed to consume their snack and lunch during their allotted times.

Attire: Some activities will be conducted outside, students should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.

Camp Administration: Camps will be conducted at the Challenger Learning Center by Center staff.

● Students must arrive no earlier than 7:50am and no later than 8:20am.

● Parents/guardians and/or authorized individuals must walk the student to the designated location and sign them in and out.

● Students must be picked up no later than the scheduled ending time listed above.

Student Conduct: Camps are designed for the enjoyment and benefit of all students enrolled. With that as the objective, we anticipate that no student is here who does not want to be here. Should any disciplinary problems occur, we will contact the parent/guardian to pick up his/her student. Please do not send any toys, books, cell phones, or other electronic devices with the student as we cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damages.

If a day fills all available spots: Students will be put on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available they will be granted in order of registration.
