The enrollment fee for the January 2021 musicianship workshops is $125 per student – this includes all four sessions + access to all materials (including video recordings of each meeting) for two weeks after the sessions end.
Prior to or alongside completing this registration form, you can send the payment through either PayPal (
erinbentlage@gmail.com) or Venmo (@erinbentlage). Let me know if neither of these options work for you. Once you complete this form + send payment, I will send the placement test so that we can both make sure you've chosen the best level for your needs and experience.
