Should I need to leave before the end of the program, I will inform the teacher for post testing and return any items that I borrowed for class (books, laptop, hotspot, etc.). / Si necesitara dejar el programa antes de terminarse, le informaré al maestro para que tome un examen y devolveré los artículos del programa (laptops, hotspots, libros). *
I will participate in parenting activities as part of my program participation (activities offered during the school year). / Participaré en las actividades de padres como parte de participación en el programa (actividades que se ofrecen durante el año escolar). *
I agree to allow pictures/video to be taken during class to help promote program.  Estoy de acuerdo en que tomen fotografía y video para ayudar a promover el programa. *
I agree to participate at minimum 4 hours per semester at my son/daughter’s school in parent meetings/campus events.  Estoy de acuerdo en participar un mínimo de 4 horas por semestre en reuniones de padres/eventos en la escuela de mi hijo/hija. *
Please make sure to attend classes regularly as other people are waiting for a slot.  Attendance is vitally important in order for you to draw the most benefit from the instruction. / Por favor asegúrese de asistir a clases regularmente, ya que otras personas están esperando ese lugar.  La asistencia es de vital importancia para obtener el máximo beneficio de la instrucción.
