Al-Iman School Ramadan 2020 Quran Competition
Theme:
Allah the almighty says in chapter 16 Al-nah, the Bee, "And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them". And He also says in chapter 31 verse 20 “Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and amply bestowed upon you His favors, both apparent and hidden”.
Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said: “Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: I have prepared for My pious servants which no eye (has ever) seen, no ear has (ever) heard and no human heart has ever perceived those bounties leaving apart (those bounties) about which Allah has informed you.”
The theme this year is “Allah’s Favors upon us”. Verses from the Quran have been selected to reflect the many favors Allah has bestowed upon us. Children will memorize these verses based on their respective age level. In addition to memorization and recitation, children will also prepare and present a creative PowerPoint.
