Student Teaching Exit Survey- Spring 2024
The undergraduate teacher certification programs at MSU consist of clinical and performance-based curriculum designed to address the Kentucky Teacher Performance Standards (KTPS), Interstate New Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (INTASC) standards, and professional dispositions.

The purpose of this survey is (1) to ascertain the extent to which you believe the Teacher Performance Standards and dispositions were taught and (2) to provide an overall evaluation of your teacher certification program and student teaching experience. This survey is administered semiannually to candidates in COEHS education preparation programs during their last semester of student teaching.

Information collected from this survey will be used within COEHS to improve programs as well as assessment and accreditation practices. Your input is important to determine what areas need strengthening and what areas are currently working well. The estimated time to complete the survey is 40 minutes.

For each item below, select the response that best describes your experience during your teacher certification program.  All information collected from this survey will be kept confidential. Please continue below to complete the survey.

Thank you for your assistance in evaluating our program.
