Historical Group Volunteer Application
-Group project's maximum size varies based on the shift requested.

-It is the responsibility of the coordinating group to obtain signed parental consent forms for group members under the age of 18.

-Volunteers under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or supervisor.

-Groups must identify a contact person that is responsible for the safety of the group members and maintaining updated communication.

-All volunteers must wear appropriate clothing for an active work envionment. Close-toed, comfortable shoes are required.

-All volunteers must maintain the confidentiality of all situations and guests that visit the Pantry.
