申請進入前請詳閱國立臺灣大學土木工程學系電腦機房管理辦法

一 、設備(零件)進駐/撤出：
1.請填寫「國立臺灣大學土木工程學系土木研究大樓電腦機房設備進駐/撤出/維護申請表」，經系主任核可後，另預約進入機房時間，表單下載

2.請至本系統預約進入電腦機房時間(需於一個工作日前提出申請)，待收到回覆信件後即完成預約。
3.當日進入機房時，請填寫「人員進出電腦機房登記表」，離開時亦請填寫離開時間。
二 、基本維護(無實體設備或零件)：
1.請至本系統預約進入電腦機房時間(需於一個工作日前提出申請) ，待收到回覆信件後即完成預約。
2.當日進入機房後請填寫「人員進出電腦機房登記表 」 ， 離開時亦請填寫離開時間。

I.Device (With components) Installation/Removal :
1.Kindly please first complete the “Computer Room Device Installation/Removal/Maintenance” application form and get the approval from the Chairperson. Thereafter, schedule an appointment to enter the CERB Computer Room.
2.Kindly please access the CERB Computer Room Administrative System

3.On the day of entry, kindly please sign-in & sign-out the “CERB Computer Room Entry/Exit Record” by hand.
II.Regular Maintenance (No physical device nor components) :
