Location: Ad Premier Ballroom - F&B Section
Jl. TB Simatupang No.5, Ragunan, Ps. Minggu, Jakarta Selatan

Event is full-indoor (AC). Check out more details and brief photos of our venue here.

F&B area will be located at Mezzanine area - the crowd flow will be directed and ends at F&B area to ensure tenants' exposure.

There are limited options of F&B around Ad Premier, so we want our crowds and creators to be able to enjoy various F&B tenants provided by you! :)

✦ F&B Booth Pricing ✦

Booth price: 

Early bird registration (5 Dec - 16 Dec 2023): Rp3.500.000 for 2 days
Normal registration (17 Dec - 23 Dec 2023): Rp4.000.000 for 2 days

What comes with the booth:

  • You will get 1 table (120 x 60cm) and 2 chairs - with total space of 2x2m
  • Electricity point will be provided per booth (default is 2A electricity per booth) - please declare on following page if you need more (in certain conditions, extra cost might be charged)
  • There will be marketing pushes for participating vendors from our official Instagram page
Registration will ends at 23 December. Registration is not based on first-come-first-serve. Due to venue capacity and to ensure the quality of our events, there will still be a selection process for F&B registration. Accepted tenants will hear back from us through email - stay tuned on our Instagram for updates.

✦ Terms & Conditions ✦
  • Cooking is not allowed at all. We only allow pre-prepared food or drinks that only requires re-heating, packing or platting
  • Tenants are required to bring their own cable roll, display and utensils (eg. microwave, display case, etc)
  • Sales of mineral water is not allowed
  • To ensure  cleanliness of the venue, one-time used packaging or utensils are preferred
