a) Registration form

Via this registration form you are providing us with the personal information collected on the form. The basis for processing the data is Art. 6, Para. 1, Part b of the EU GDPR which permits the data to be processed for fulfilling a contract or for taking a pre-contractual measure.

Google Forms is used to create this registration form. This service is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Once you complete your registration, your data will be transmitted to Google. For the use of G-Suite services by Olfasense GmbH, the agreement of the EU standard clauses developed by the European Commission (EU Model Clauses) ensures an adequate level of data protection.

b) Name badges at events

Your first and last name as well as your company name will be printed on your personal name badge, with which you can identify yourself as an authorized participant at the event. This is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event and is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the EU GDPR due to the legitimate interest of the organizer.

c) Participant lists at events

On the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the EU GDPR we will create a participant list with the names and last names of all participants and the companies to which they belong. This list will be handed out to all participants during the event. The legitimate interest of the organizer lies in the promotion of professional contacts and in the exchange between the participants, their companies and the organizer.

Contact details of the participants are not included in the list or otherwise passed on to participants.

d) Picture and video recordings at events

During our events, we produce image material (photos and videos) of the event on which you might be displayed. The image material is used for the internal documentation of the event as well as for accompanying or subsequent reporting, and for the purpose of promoting past events as well as for announcing future events. The processing of the image material is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the EU GDPR due to legitimate interests of the organizer in an illustrated media coverage.
