Dit jaar nodigt Scientica je uit om af te dalen in een verborgen wereld onder de golven. Omringd door koraalriffen, ruïnes van een lang vergeten stad en de mysteries van de diepe zee, zullen we het water laten dansen tijdens de jaarlijkse galabal der wetenschappen.
Kun je niet wachten om de Sunken City te betreden? Bestel je tickets via de CuDi-website (voor KU Leuven-studenten en -personeel) of dit formulier (voor externe gasten of wie niet in de CuDi geraakt).
Tickets kosten 14 euro voor leden van Atlas, BIOS, Chemika of Wina en 17 euro voor niet-leden. Dit is inclusief vestiaire, welkomstbubbels en toegang tot het galabal. Je kunt ook tickets aan de deur kopen met een toeslag van 1 euro.
Bandjes kunnen betaald en opgehaald worden in de Scientica CuDi, gelegen aan de Celestijnenlaan 200L 00.03. Geraak je niet in de CuDi? Schrijf voor 18 maart het gepaste bedraf over naar BE92 7330 1613 0423 met als mededeling 'GALABAL VOORNAAM ACHTERNAAM' en we leggen het bandje voor je klaar bij de inkom van het galabal. Opgelet, je reservatie is pas geldig vanaf dat we de overschrijving ontvangen hebben!

Leuven students and staff) or this form (external guests or if you can't make it to the CuDi).

Wrist bands can be collected and paid for in the Scientica CuDi located at Celestijnenlaan 200L 00.03. Can't make it to CuDi? Transfer before the 18th of march the correct amount to
BE92 7330 1613 0423 with the message 'GALABAL SURNAME NAME' and collect your wrist band at the doors of the prom night. Important, your reservation is only valid from the moment that we received the transfer.
