This event is open to the public and is free for everyone. We're planning for about 200 kids and their families to attend.
The party will take place on both the ground and 2nd floors and the Grange members will have games stations, food, a craft station, and a story time with Santa.
We invite you to host an Activity table!
We will provide: a table, chairs, and tablecloth on either the ground or 2nd floor (you'll need to be able to walk up the stairs if on the 2nd floor as we do not have an elevator) of the Grange
You need to provide: a Valentine themed activity/game/treat of some sort for a minimum of 200 kids. Some ideas: making holiday cards for a senior center, candy, face painting, a pin the hat on the elf game, coloring pages, etc ***We do have some games that you can use if you'd like (things like bowling, bean bag toss, etc) as your activity, just let us know. We'd just ask that you bring prizes for the players - candy, little toys, etc.
While you can not sell anything during the event, if you have a business, you are welcome to advertise it by decorating your table, handing out business cards to the parents, setting up backdrops etc
Feel free to decorate your table festively
Timeline: Please be set up by 1:30pm and you can leave at 4:15pm (or whenever the last kids leave, whichever comes last)
