The CSHP-BC Student Mentorship Program is designed to increase student awareness of the many aspects of hospital pharmacy practice including the role of clinical pharmacists, the medication distribution system, clinical research, and pharmacy administration. This will be achieved by pairing pharmacy students with pharmacist mentors at the beginning of the academic year. After the matching process, mentors and students are free to schedule subsequent visitations according to their own availability. Each pairing will last one school year until the end of summer 2022.
