Pilates Registration, March 1st @ 7:00 pm
Pilates was developed as a series of recuperative exercises for injured war veterans. It caught on in the dance community in New York and is now recognized internationally as 'intelligent exercise.' Using your own body weight, we strengthen primarily core muscles to improve strength, stability and balance. Taught with modifications to accommodate all levels of fitness and restrictions.

Bring a mat, large bath towel or yoga block and a water bottle!
