I am so excited for choir to start back! Please read through this contract and let me know if you have any questions!

Fall rehearsals will start September 7th and run until December 7th, with the holiday concert shortly after. The choirs will meet on Wednesday afternoons each week.

The younger choir (ages 5-9) will be held Wednesdays from 12:30-1:15.
The older choir (ages 10+) will be held Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30.

The address of rehearsals is: 1115 North 200 East, Logan. It is held above My Girlfriend's Quilt Shop, in Ballet Aligned's Studio through their doors and up a staircase.

Music will be available at rehearsals in folders marked with your child's name. Please have children bring a pencil to rehearsals to use to make notes in their music, as well as work on some theory assignments.

Each rehearsal will include some time spent on learning music theory (how to read music, etc.), but the majority of the time will be spent on learning the music and gaining singing skills. I hope to make it fun and engaging for my students!

Tuition for each student will be $25 per month (including December-it will help pay for concert venue fees), each additional student from a family is only $20 per month. There is a one-time non-refundable registration and music fee of $30 per student for this semester. This will cover the cost of music, t-shirts (if needed), concert venue, and accompanist. Monthly tuition is due on the first rehearsal date of each month, and is the same each month, regardless of how many times your student attends. If for some reason they can no longer continue in the choir, please contact me. There is a $5 late fee per child if not paid by the 10th of each month. After this form is submitted, I will email you an invoice to submit payment for the registration fee if you prefer payment by card. Payment is received online, with card, or through cash, check or venmo @ashlin-christian. If you do pay through venmo please DO NOT mark it as a service. You can also set up an auto-pay for your convenience.

This fall semester will culminate in a choir performance mid-December! I will let you know as soon as I schedule a date and time. We will possibly have some other performance opportunities in Elderly Living facilities if they open up to visitors, or any other opportunities that come up.

I am not currently a 3rd party vendor, but I am in the process of applying for Harmony and I will hopefully be registered by the fall. I will let you know when I have completed the process.

*If you have the skills and would like to accompany the choirs on the piano, please indicate below. If you are able to provide this service for us, your kiddos will get to be in choir for free (and you will get a t-shirt)!*
