This is the form for requesting a Jones Leadership Center mobile workshop for your student group. Please fill out everything to the best of your ability. Once we receive a confirmation email, we will contact you to confirm the date and time (as well as answer any questions you may have). Most workshops are approximately 1 hour, but this is flexible both ways.

Please note: It may be possible that the Jones Leadership Center will not be able to staff the workshop at your preferred time. To decrease the likeliness of this, please complete this form at least 2 weeks before the intended workshop date.
