LIFE IN THE ARK LEADERSHIP

Here are the different roles we currently have:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINISTRY DIRECTORS

This consists of directors, volunteers, project managers, etc

1. Partners with the founder to ascertain programs every quarter and arrange adequately for it.
2. Coordinates with other team members to prepare for each program and make sure that the timelines and deliverables are up to date.
3. Create a timetable of events that are in line with the year’s plan.
4. Create the zoom links for virtual meetings.
5. Manage physical events and work with vendors for a successful plan.
6. Manage the different departments that should work together for the events like music minstrels, ushers, protocols, etc.

MISSIONS DEPT

1. Organize outreaches to benefit men and women in society.


GROUP MANAGEMENT

This consists of group heads and small group leaders for different locations.

1. Welcome new members into the different families groups.
2. Do an onboarding process for new members.
3. Coordinate family team for a spiritual discipleship program.
4. Organize retreats and hangouts across different families yearly.

PRAYER AND INTERCESSORY

This consists of prayer team leads, prayer coordinators, and intercessors.

1. Take charge of prayer meetings by leading when necessary.
2. Support the ministry by creating an intercessory body for effective prayers for the ministry and people at large.
3. Persuade people to join intercessory when necessary.
4. Manage intercessory small groups.
5. Pray and create intercessory chains 3 days before every major event.

CREATIVE AND MULTIMEDIA

This consists of writers, social media managers, designers, video editors, creatives, editors, etc.

1. Handle the social media channels of the ministry via Facebook page/Instagram/Emails by sharing scriptural insights and content for spiritual edification.
2. Share snippets of quotes from teaching and prayer sessions of founder and ministry events.
3. Share flyers and announcements of ministry events.
4. Monitors all branding elements to be in alignment with core branding and values.
5. Creates content for spiritual discipleship like podcasts, eBooks, and blog posts.

 ZOOM MEDIA TEAM

1. Start the early morning prayers and worship on zoom.
2. Start the weekly bible class with worship on zoom.

COUNSELLORS

1. Speak briefly to people who need help with their marriage and life issues generally.
2. Assist with free programs targeted at helping people heal and rise above pain in their marriages and life.

SCRIBES

1. Transcribe some key lessons from early morning prayers, bible class, audio notes and other programs into text.

ADMINISTRATIVE 


1. Monitor all departments by making sure they are up to date in their tasks.
2. Monitor their weekly report especially for counselling sessions and prayer meetings.
3. Update and send monthly timetable for ministers roasters.
4. Remind ministers and workers of meetings when necessary.
5. Take meeting of general meetings for update to the group and for records.
6. Manage the quarterly timetable for events.
7. Work with the social media manager and graphics designer to ensure delivery of flyers and update of social media posts through supervision.
