Terms and Conditions for St Mark's After School Care Programme - SMART

* Opening hours are 3:05pm - 5:30pm
* A one off, hard copy enrollment form must be completed if this is your first time using SMART, as well as the registration online each term
* Fees:
- $22 per session for full session (For regular bookings and casual bookings in advanced)
- $26 if you book on the day (Please text, phone or email to check availability)
- $1 per minute late fee after 5:30pm
(Please note we have removed the early pick up option due administration reasons. We will still accept enrollments if you have other school activities).

* Absences:
If your child is absent and
- you notify SMART before the day you will not be charged
- you notify SMART on the day you will be still charged $22
- you don't notify SMART you will be charged the full fee ( please note you must text, email or call SMART directly)

* Fees will be charged to your St Mark's sundry account each month
* Only recognised people may pick up your child
* If your child does not turn up to SMART when they are expected we will endeavour to contact you to confirm their whereabouts
* It is a legal requirement for you to sign your child out each day. No students are able to do this.
* Students in the homework programme (Year 3 - 8) are required to bring their homework, a pencil and a book to read, to SMART each day.

Terms and Conditions for St Mark's Holiday Programme - SMART (as per enrolment forms)

• Opening hours are 8:00am – 5:30pm
• All children need to be dropped off by 9:00am (unless pre-approved)
• Children need to bring their morning tea and Lunch everyday unless stated otherwise
• All children need a water bottle, sunscreen, warm clothing, raincoat and hat everyday
• On excursion days, where we take the students out of the school grounds students need to wear safe shoes i.e. no jandals.
• The cost per child is $67 per day. We offer a 15% discount for the third child
• There is a $1 per minute late fee after 5:30pm
• Once you have completed the form your child will be registered for the days you have chosen. You will be charged to your school sundry account.

Cancellation: You have until 48 hours before the day to cancel at no charge. After that there will be no refunds as staff are rostered on and outings are booked and paid for in advance.

• There is a maximum of 50 students at school or 40 on out of school activity days (dependent on the activity)
• Late enrolments may be accepted if places are still available.
• Students cannot bring bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller blades unless it is a wheels day. Students must bring and wear a helmet on Wheels day
• All school rules must be abided by. If there are any problems you may be asked to collect your child from school, similarly if you have omitted information on this form.
• Siblings and friends of St Mark’s families are also welcome to attend.
