1.    For current KCM's bus rider - By PPS / Bill Payment: 

Please LOGIN to School Bus Registration/Communication System (https://school.kcm.com.hk/discovery/ ) by clicking “Account Login” -> “Billing” -> “Invoice/Receipt” to retrieve invoice and bill account number, next working date upon CCA bus application submission.

*** Payment must be made separately for each passenger.

2.    For non-current KCM's bus rider / DC Staff - By ATM/ E-banking: 

Direct transfer to:- HSBC (a/c no.: 041-070434-001) [Swift code: HSBCHKHHHKH] 

A copy of the bank receipt/payment advice MUST BE forwarded by email with student name for verification to discovery@kcm.com.hk

Please note the following:------------------------------------------------------

1. KCM reserves the right to cancel any bus route if applications are insufficient to offer any bus route if unable to. The paid bus fee will be fully refund and parents/guardians/passengers are expected to provide us with bank account details – a) bank name, b) bank a/c holder’s name and c) bank a/c no. for processing under this circumstance.
2. No refund or no reduction of bus fee will be available after the CCA's term or service starts.
3. Students/passengers are responsible for any damage incurred while using the Kwoon Chung Motors Company bus. In the event of damage occurring and the culprits not identifying themselves, all students /passengers riding that bus will contribute to the cost of repairs.
4. If the bus breaks down, students/passengers must wait at least 20 minutes for a bus replacement before taking a taxi. We will reimburse taxi fares.
5. We will provide necessary bus supervision for the CCA bus journey .
6. Confirmation email will be sent 3 days before the CCA starts.
7. In case insufficient seat is available, we will contact parent as soon as possible and full refund will be made.
