Argent Combat Scholarship and Work Study Allowance Application

All students over the age of 18 are welcome to apply.  Students must reside within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA 19104 and be able to regularly attend Argent Combat's in-person classes.

Scholarships and/or Work Study are available to students of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.  Argent Combat is committed to the policy that all students shall have equal access to programs without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, disability, public assistance status, veteran status, or sexual orientation, except in those cases where specific physical limitations prohibit participation in performing the required skills in a manner safe to themselves or to their participants. No student shall be afforded unfair advantages or privileges.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS RESTRICTED TO ARGENT COMBAT-HOSTED CLASSES.  All current and prospective students can apply and all funds will be donated to support their Stage Combat education under Argent Combat, a Society of American Fight Directors-recognized organization.

In the event that no scholarships are available, Work Study Allowance may be rewarded.  Unlike federal Work Study Aid, Argent will apply funds directly and exclusively to the awardee's tuition.  These funds will not go towards out-of-tuition expenses like transportation or living expenses.  Work Study requirements are low-committal [30 hours/semester (five months; six hours/month)]  Please select ALL Work Study tasks that you would feel comfortable to fulfill. *
