Mary Kate Zelenock Memorial Scholarship 2022-2023
This scholarship was established in 2011 to support undergraduate students who are the primary caregiver for two or more children.  Special consideration is given to students who have interrupted their education to be the primary caregiver for their children and have now returned to school in order to complete their education.

Eligibility
1) Undergraduate student with a dependent child or dependent children.

2) Demonstrated financial need.
How to Apply
Completed applications must include an essay describing your experiences as both a student and parent. Students must also have an active financial aid application (FAFSA) on file for 2022-2023 in order to verify financial need. For scholarship consideration, complete a 2022-2023 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by February 1, 2022. Selection and Award Amount
Each year, the Office of Financial Aid at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor will review the submitted applications and essays and select the student who best meets the scholarship's eligibility criteria.  The number and dollar amount vary, depending on the annual income from the endowment fund.
