Sharon's 7th Day Adventist Expungement Clinic
The Metropolitan Public Defenders office have Partnered with Sharon's 7th day Adventist Church, in order to provide free expungement services to communities targeted by aggressive prosecution and policing. Having a criminal record effectively shuts people out of society, preventing them from getting good jobs, good housing, and a good education. Even having a dismissed charge on one's record can be devastating to one's job prospects but, help is on the way!

Oregon law provides that most misdemeanors, many low-level felonies, and all drug possession convictions are eligible for expungement after either three or ten years. Arrest records can be eligible for expungement even sooner.

Please fill out the intake form below and a representative from our team will  asses your application and then contact you to go over your expungement qualification status. If indeed you qualify, we will set an appointment for you at our next expungement clinic. We have expungement clinics scheduled throughout the Pacific North West, and depending on which clinic is nearest to your location will determine your appointment. Please note that this resource can only be used for Oregon criminal records.
