Please be part of our School Site Council! This group of parents, teachers, and community partners works with the principal to review, approve and evaluate the school improvement plan and school budget.
Our School Site Council is comprised of 2 parents, 2 teachers, the principal, and a community partner. We will hold elections for the parent representatives on Thursday, September 28th if more than 2 people volunteer. By state statute, parent representatives cannot be educational professionals, even if in other districts. Please submit your name by Wednesday, September 27th if you would like to serve as a parent representative and be on the ballot next week.
The School Site Council meets roughly 3 times per year, but can meet more if needed. Our scheduled meetings are November 29, February 28, and March 27. We usually meet at 5:00, but we can change the time to meet the needs of the group.
