Hiking Summit Display Registration

For the Hiking Summit - taking place Fri. June 5 to Sun. June 7 in Chéticamp - displays will be set up and staffed for the Friday evening reception only. Displays can remain up as static displays for the rest of the Summit. Set-up is on Friday afternoon and early evening (to be completed no later than 5:30 pm). Displays for nonprofit and governmental organizations are free with a donation of an item for the silent auction (Hike NS will contact you about your item). Vendor displays are available to businesses and others selling products or services at their display for $50 (Hike NS will invoice you). Those who staff a display and take part in the Summit beyond Friday night must also register for the Summit and pay the applicable registration fee.
