Remapping Walk
The walk was initially scheduled for 9am on March 28th but is being rescheduled due to scheduling conflict with the Planning Commission.  You can still register, and get notified by email when a new date is announced.
NEW DATE TBA : Councilman Squilla; Anne Fadullon, Director of Planning; Eleanor Sharpe,
Deputy of Director of Planning and other members of the planning commission will be touring parts of
Washington Square West to review some of the proposed zoning changes. The primary focus of the
tour will be the areas bounded by Juniper Street, 12 th Street, Walnut Street and Pine Street. Several
properties in this area have a proposed downzoning from CMX-5 to CMX-4.
The tour will be leaving from Juniper and Walnut Streets at 9am.
Following is a link to the map that was presented in January. The planning commission has received all
comments from the neighborhood that were stated at the January presentations. After the March 28
tour of the neighborhood, the planning commission will consider all comments as well as their own
observations and they will revise the map as deemed appropriate. Once the civic association has
received the map, we will share it with the community and schedule additional presentations.
