The Camp Quality team is hard at work to reimagine our young adult programming and need your help. We want your opinions, insights and ideas; as you are who the program is designed for! Your feedback will help us develop and deliver a program that meets your needs and keeps you connected once you've transitioned out of children's services. Our program is for childhood cancer survivors ages 18-29; however we welcome your feedback even if you are outside of this age range.

This survey is completely anonymous and will have no impact on your current or future participation in Camp Quality programs.
