The McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation (MRCDC) owns several vacant properties located on or around lower Chartiers Avenue, as shown below. MRCDC has plans to solicit developers to build on these properties. To ensure responsible and sustainable development we need your help in creating a set of standards to outline what types of buildings and businesses should be pursued for these areas.

While the CDC is not planning to install public green space on any of its properties in the downtown, there is potential for the creation of public green space nearby. Would you like to see more public green space around the downtown area? *

MRCDC will be hosting a public meeting related to development standards for the above-mentioned properties later in 2020. If you would like more information on this event, please provide an email and/or phone number below. MRCDC will also be facilitating workshops for those who are interested in learning more about how residents can influence development decisions in their neighborhoods.  
We are currently in the process of scheduling the public meeting, so we want to know when the easiest time for you to attend is. The meeting will most likely be held in May or June of this year - what days/times would be best for you?
