The program will be 6 days long, structured as follows:
  • June 21: ARRIVAL DAY
  • June 22-25: gathering activity days
  • June 26: silent day with meditative contemplation
  • June 27: excursion day (optional)
Notes
- It is not possible to arrive earlier than June 21 since the TS center is already booked (alternative accommodation options in Bhowali may be found)
- It might be possible to stay a few days after June 28 upon request and availability (please contact ts.youth.gathering@gmail.com)

A - Deluxe triple rooms: three beds with bathroom (more amenities)
B - Semi-deluxe triple rooms: three beds with bathroom
C - Dormitory: six beds with attached bathroom

Accommodation fees (per bed per night)
A - 325 rupees
B - 210 rupees
C - 100 rupees
Note: partial booking of a room is not allowed
Note: families and couples can book a room upon full payment (3 beds)

Note: includes morning tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner & two tea breaks

Includes 6 nights (June 21-26) and all meals for 5 days (June 22-26)

Additional meals out of the package are available.
Extra cost for the excursion day and night on June 27.
