I was informed (from our FAQs, our website, our confirmation email/s, our pre-arrival email/s) that guest fees are based on bed usage and that TOTAL GUESTS are counted by pillow positions, e.g: King bed = 2 guests and Single Bed = 1 guest. EXTRA BEDS used have a fee based on Unbooked guests/pets/visitors $200/day each X the number of days booked.
