Bells ISD Returning Transfer Application
This form is for currently enrolled students who plan to return to Bells ISD next school year.  The Transfer Application and the Transfer Agreement must be completed for each child in the household. Students will not be placed on class lists (elementary) or scheduled into classes (secondary) until these forms are completed and returned to the campus office. THE APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FORMS ARE DUE MAY 15, 2022.

I understand that transfers are governed by Board Policy FDA (Local) and are evaluated based on the following criteria:  program availability, discipline history, and attendance.  A transfer is granted for one school year only.  I have read and understand the District policy on out of district transfers, and I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in this policy.  I understand that transportation to the requested school is my responsibility.  I further understand that falsification of information is a Class A Misdemeanor and can lead to legal action. *
