P.S. 37 After School Enrichment Parent Volunteer Form
In order to run our Enrichment program, we need a minimum of 2 (two) parent volunteers per class. Please see below and indicate which class you would be interested in volunteering for. The commitment is for 10 weeks. You MUST be available for all of the classes. There is also an option for volunteering as a backup volunteer. Backup volunteers must be available at least 3 sessions per semester (most likely on relatively short notice). Parent volunteers who commit to the FULL 10 WEEKS will receive the privilege of early registration for their child(ren).
