Please fill out this form if you need your child's personal verification code to set up your Parent Portal account in Aeries or if you need to add a student to your existing account. If you set up your portal account last year for this student, you should not need his/her code. An email will be sent to the address you include in this form with the verification code in 1 - 2 business days. Each student has a unique code. If you have more than one student attending Earhart MS, please fill out a form for each student.
