2019-2020 St. Albert the Great Confirmation Grandparent's Day
We host a Grandparent's Day and welcome you to invite your Grandparent(s) to join us! It is VERY important for you to tell us how many will be joining you for Grandparent's Day (We need to order enough doughnuts!!)  If you cannot have a Grandparent join you, please indicate on your form and we will find a "Foster" Grandparent for the day!

You will be working with your grandparent or “foster” grandparent in decorating a cross and you will have approximately 30 minutes to complete the project. The crosses can be no smaller than 12 inches and not taller than 18 inches.  If you have to cut out your cross or paint it, you will need to do that before bringing it to school. You will also need to bring scissors, tape, glue, etc. (whatever you need to decorate your cross). You will also need to bring in a round clay flower pot (not plastic) and a filler to hold your cross up (beans, beads, paper, etc).  The clay pot should be an appropriate size for your cross to stand in.  Your first and last name should be on the bottom of the pot.

Be creative … you want your cross to somehow represent your Confirmation preparation. Your cross must show a RELIGIOUS THEME.
