I agree to the scarecrow requirements: No taller than 5 feet. No commercial creations, including store-bought masks, tiki torches, liquids, or flammable objects that could endanger public safety. No political, religious, or controversial/inappropriate/offensive/violent content except educational content that is supported by reliable sources. Signage is optional and may be used to identify or promote your business organization, or about your scarecrow. Signs must not be larger than 11” x 17”. No personal information. Attach scarecrow and other props to your assigned pole with only twine, string,and/or zip tie. Do not add materials that are of value to you as scarecrows are in a public area and exposed to rain/wind, potential theft or vandalism. Scarecrow and props must be durable to last outdoors until 11/7. You may have more than one scarecrow attached to a pole, and it will be counted as a single contest entry. Scarecrow and props must be contained within a 4x4' area of the light pole and not interfere with the public right-of-way. *
