BASIC TRAINING
This one-day course is designed for the extra busy couple and is only available in person. Topics covered include basic nutrition and exercise to stay healthy and low-risk; what to expect during labor, epidurals, and cesarean section; coping techniques and comfort measures; and writing a birth plan. Course runs approximately 7 hours with a one-hour lunch break. Workbook included.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a few pillows. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Lunch will be on your own or you may bring a packed lunch. We will have a 1 hour lunch break.

All fees are due upon registration to hold your space in class. Class size will be limited to 4 couples. Once this form is complete and you have paid the fee your space will be secure. In the event I cancel the class you will be given a refund. No refunds will be given if you do not show up for class.If you cancel less than 7 days before class you will be given a partial refund do to the cost of supplies and the very limited class size. Please contact me if you need to make arrangements for a payment plan.
