Please fill out completely.  These classes will be delivered via video through an online classroom. These are NOT customizable classes.  You must sign an online waiver to participate.  Participants will be mailed a code to join the class once they have signed the waiver and paid.  Cost $10/ 4 classes.  These classes are for use in your private home pool, or if considered safe, community pool.  By definition, safe is a pool that is being properly chemically maintained and one that you are able to practice social distancing in.
