I understand the requirements of ALAMO CITY DANCE COMPANY and I realize that my participation within the company is contingent upon my commitment, attendance, technical ability, and overall professional attitude. Failure to meet these requirements, on my part, will result in dismissal from ALAMO CITY DANCE COMPANY. I also understand that should I accept the role of Company Member, there will be a performer contract forthcoming which will spell out requirements and rules of participation which will need to be signed and returned as an agreement of commitment. Keeping informed of all rehearsals, performances and extra-curricular activities associated with Alamo City Dance Company is my responsibility.
