Please note the following:
-The minimum number of participants required for the event is 15, with a maximum of 25.
-If the minimum participant requirement is not met, the paint night may be canceled or rescheduled to a mutually available date.
-A deposit of $100 is required to secure the date for your event. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final balance. The deposit can be sent via Zelle to
bayownsvendormarket@gmail.com.
-Full payment is due one week prior to the event.
-Once the deposit is received, we will provide you with three painting options that align with the current season or holiday.
-All painting supplies will be provided, and no prior painting experience is needed.
-Participants are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks.
-Shopping opportunities will be available during the event.
