Sign up here for the second Fortis Throwdown! This is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun with fellow CrossFit beasts and test your limits! The event takes place on the 21st of April, 2024, at CrossFit Nuldertien. The competition will be in buddy form and features 2 divisions: RX and scaled. Teams will be divided into the appropriate division based on a qualifier WOD at the start of the Fortis Throwdown on the 21st of April.
