We strive to have a welcoming and respectful community and staff members are the face of the server. We want everyone to feel included as part of the community as well as this being a safe space for anyone who comes along. We are always looking for new staff members that bring a positive attitude and are passionate for helping others as well as love for the game.
REQUIREMENTS:
Before applying to become part of the staff team, you need to meet the following requirements.
All applicants must be must be over 16 years old.
We have chosen this age as we are looking for a higher level of maturity for all of our staff members. You could encounter many kinds of situations that take quick thinking.
Must be a positive influence to the community.
We look for member who are a great addition to our staff team and our community.
Have shown a desire to help and guide other players on the server.
We want people who have a passion for helping others. It can be from a simple question in chat to physically guiding someone. This takes kindness and patience to make the people you help happy.
Must have played on the server for a minimum of 2 weeks.
We want those who apply to have a good grasp of how the server works in order to provide accurate help for community members.
Must have a a clean punishment history.
Having received any sort of punishment within the last 3 months from applying disqualifies you from being a staff member. As a member of the staff team you set the example for other members of the community.
Must already have or be able to download and use a recording software.
You must be able to record gameplay in order to save evidence of players breaking the rules of the server. A minimum quality of 720P 60fps is required. We recommend OBS as it is a free software.
Previous staffing experience.
This not the ultimate decider in whether we choose you for a place on the staff team, but it is helpful. We do not hire solely on experience, many other factors are considered. All new staff members are required to start off at the helper position. It does not matter whether your previous position somewhere else was higher.
Proper Equipment.
Must have a working microphone for participating in staff meetings, training, and for reporting to senior staff members verbally.
