Teen Book Bags
Please fill out this short form to sign up for Lithgow's Teen Book Bags.

You are able to fill out this form once a month to request a new book box. Each box contains one or two library books (checked out), candy, and an assortment of goodies. Please return the library books by the due date on the slip in the box. You get to keep everything else!

Please note that this service is ONLY for teens ages 13-18 that have a Lithgow library card. If you do not have a card, you can sign up for one at the library's circulation desk or through our new online library card registration form for Augusta residents only.

We will send you an email once your book box is ready to be picked up.
