This online form is for LIWSA members to submit their request for a Rule Amendment in order for the Rules/Regs Review Committee to review prior to putting forth to LIWSA Board to review in preparation for voting at the upcoming 2023 AGM.
The following sections must be completed in full, otherwise the Committee will not review and return the submission to the requesting member for further information.
