We are so grateful for your interest in the Building Hope in Families! During this 8-week virtual experience, your child will be provided the education and tools to strengthen their core values, character and mental health; focusing on: character/identity building, positive communication, resilience/spirituality, self-love, self-worth, self-esteem, and confidence building! All of which are critical to help build resilience; in turn they will gain a better sense of oneself, are happier, have the ability to secure healthier relationships and often build a sense of gratitude for life to be successful!
In addition, we will walk alongside parents to help them discover ways to support, advocate and help guide their teens and young adults as they cope, and work through life challenges and normal stressors that can cause mental stress to reduce the risky behaviors, self-harm, self-medicating or sadly suicide, but most importantly strengthen their family's connection.
The session times and dates vary based on attendance. Once registered, you will receive an email with the next class start date.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: A commitment to attending at least 80% of the virtual sessions. Please register only if you are able and willing to commit.
QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: Please email Niki Powell-Cottman
