Brew by Root will conduct kombucha workshop on 22nd (Chinese workshop) and 23rd (English Workshop)July as following time:
Workshop will be conducted in either Chinese or English, depending on the time preference shown in the above list. We will be focusing on the first fermentation of kombucha on this workshop, and letting our participants to know more about the process and science behind kombucha.
Apart from hands on all the kombucha making process, another fun part will be a mini food testing session, where we will serve some in house specialty with our participants.
