Job description:
We are looking for an ambitious, creative, driven, goal oriented, proactive and well organized person, who is passionate about growth, wants to work with leading technology startups and deliver outstanding results. Note: this is not an assistant position. You will start as a generalist supporting the founders with day-to-day operations and leading your own projects across strategy and operations:
- Participate in strategic customer initiatives, including creating documentation, presentations, process automation, market research, etc. You will work directly with c-lvl executives from top tier VC funded companies, which makes it a very unique opportunity,
- Gather progress updates from all of the teams and projects, and compile them into one company report, ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope,
- Improve Revenieers’ ongoing processes and organise procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity, including creating playbooks, quality assurance, and improving an organisation’s structure and helping address ongoing problems,
- Plan and manage go to market initiatives, including: hiring and managing contractors, streamlining sales and marketing efforts, supporting content creation and outreach to potential customers.
Requirements:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box,
- Experience working in a startup, top tech company, VC fund, or a leading consulting firm,
- Interest in the process of scaling technology startups, proven track record of driving process improvements,
- Strategic and analytical mindset, attention to details, strong work ethic, methodical approach to work,
- Problem solving skills and creativity, ability to prioritise important tasks over others,
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1),
- Ability to analyse and compile a large amount of data and come up with conclusive results.
