Birmingham Zoo Summer Camp Scholarship Application 2020
Application Process:

- This application must be completed by the legal guardian of the applicant(s) listed.

- Documentation required for consideration (an application missing any of these documents will be considered incomplete and cannot be considered for a scholarship):
      - Complete Scholarship Application
      - A Photocopy of your 2019 Income Tax Return (Form 1040) with social security numbers
        and all sensitive information blacked out.
         *Please scan and e-mail your tax return to education@birminghamzoo.com or mail to
          The Birmingham Zoo - Attn: Education Department
          2630 Cahaba Rd. Birmingham, AL 35223.

- Scholarship covers the cost of one week of camp (depending on camper age and availability), before and after-care, and one camp t-shirt.

- Deadline for application is May 15th, 2020. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

- Scholarships are limited; a scholarship application does not guarantee a spot in camp.

- Applications will be notified of a decision between mid to late June.
