Class Withdrawal Request
Monthly Class Withdrawal Policy:

Please fill in this form if you would like to drop a class.  All sections marked with an * are mandatory.

If you would like to pause from a class, please understand that your spot will then open to the general public and may fill while you are taking a break.  

All submissions for withdrawal MUST be received by the 25th of the month, or you will be charged for the following months fees.

Summer Camp Withdrawal Policy:

If you cancel your registration 14 days or more in advance of the camp start date, you will receive a full refund or credit for the camp minus a $25 administrative fee.

If you cancel between 7-13 days in advance of the camp start date, you will receive a 50% refund or credit for the camp.

If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of the camp start date, no refund or credit will be issued.
