Monthly Class Withdrawal Policy:

Please fill in this form if you would like to drop a class. All sections marked with an * are mandatory.

If you would like to pause from a class, please understand that your spot will then open to the general public and may fill while you are taking a break.

All submissions for withdrawal MUST be received by the 25th of the month, or you will be charged for the following months fees.

Summer Camp Withdrawal Policy:

If you cancel your registration 14 days or more in advance of the camp start date, you will receive a full refund or credit for the camp minus a $25 administrative fee.

If you cancel between 7-13 days in advance of the camp start date, you will receive a 50% refund or credit for the camp.

If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of the camp start date, no refund or credit will be issued.

When will your child's last day of classes be? We only do monthly withdrawals and requests have to be made on or before the 25th of the month in order to drop the class for the following month. Any requests received after the 25th will be subject to tuition fees for the following month. *
