Rules and Expectations: 

1. Respectful communication: Attendees should communicate respectfully with each other and the speakers. Personal attacks, offensive language, or derogatory remarks will not be tolerated. Violation will result in immediate dismissal from the town hall.

2. Orderly participation: Attendees should raise their hand and wait to be recognized before speaking. Interrupting others or monopolizing the conversation will lead to dismissal from the town hall.

3. No disruptive behavior: Any form of disruptive behavior, such as shouting, protesting, or causing a physical disturbance, is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate dismissal from the town hall.

4. Time Limits: Speakers once called on by the moderator will be permitted thirty seconds to ask their question or state their comment and will not be called on again until all speakers have had the opportunity to speak.

We want to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to voice their opinions and ideas in a respectful and productive environment. Therefore, these rules will be strictly enforced.
