Advertising Terms and Conditions

Advertising terms: Full payment is due by payment due date listed on the invoice. Any cancellation must be received in writing and acknowledged by publisher prior to space close date (see spec sheet for critical dates) Cancellation will result in short rate. Cancellations are not accepted after space close date. Advertiser and its advertising agency are held jointly liable for all sums due and payable. Invoices 90 days past due are subject to charge back of all discounts previously received. Both parties agree that any and all issues arising hereunder shall be governed by Washington Law. In addition, each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Washington.
