Please Note: This request form is not for online or phone Nikāh, only in-person Nikāh ceremonies.

TO BOOK YOUR NIKĀH DATE AND TIME, KINDLY CONTACT IMAM SHAKIR @ 647-467-4140. ONCE A DATE AND TIME HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE IMAM, KINDLY MAKE THE FEE PAYMENT BY VISITING OSHAWAMOSQUE.COM, CLICKING ON THE DONATE TAB, AND CHOOSING "NIKĀH BOOKING FEE".

Please submit this form at least 2-3 weeks prior to your desired Nikah date to avoid any scheduling conflicts as well as to allow ample time for communication with the Imam who will be performing the Nikah.

The Imam might setup a premarital session. Please speak to him directly about this.

For your booking to be approved, you must complete the following steps:

STEP 1:

You must obtain a valid Marriage License which must be emailed to the imam in order for the rest of the process to continue. Please remember our nikkahs are also legal marriages, therefore we must enforce this procedure. For more information, kindly click the link: Marriage Licences - City of Oshawa.

STEP 2:

Call Imam Shakir @ 647-467-4140 and book your nikkah date at a date and time agreeable to the Imam.

STEP 3:

Visit oshawamosque.com, click on the DONATE TAB, and choose "NIKĀH BOOKING FEE". A fee of $350 is required to cover the cost of the venue and Imam services. If you are unable to pay the fee to due financial constraints, kindly call 289-200-6070.

By submitting this form, YOU AGREE to the following CONDITIONS:

1. No food or drink is allowed at the masjid.

2. The Nikāh service must be completed within 1 hour.

3. No professional camera crew is allowed.

4. Two pieces of government issued ID for both the bride and the groom must be made available at the time of the Nikāh.
